Dispenses lit cigarettes with the push of a lever. Cigarettes drop
from the storage compartment on top when the lever is pressed. Hold the
lever, and it keeps the cigarette snug against the heating coil inside.
Releasing the lever releases a lit cigarette. Appears to be made in the
1920's - 1930's. Metal seems to be a heavy tin. Has a fine black crinkle
paint finish in very good original condition. The hinged cover features
a chrome plated finial in the shape of Mercury's Wing. Good working
condition. The coiled lighter element still glows a bright red. Wiring is
original and like new. Four rubber feet are also in very good condition.
I don't think this piece has ever been used, or if it was very lightly.
It's virtually new old stock, with the only wear being from sitting. |
