| This unusual display plate contains a design made entirely of butterfly wings, covered with some kind of clear finish, and backed with
metal. There is absolutely no deterioration of the wings. They almost have a transluscent glow! The metal backing shows light to
moderate wear, and few small dings, but nothing really detrimental to the piece. It retains its original hanger in back, and a wonderful patina
that nothing but age can accomplish. |
