| These child's (doll's) trunks are getting harder to find every year, especially in good original, unaltered
condition. This one has all the original hinges & latches intact, as well as original leather covering, needing only
the leather handles replaced. Many people remove the thin leather coverings, and polish the wood underneath, which
is what I would do with it myself, but this one we're offering as is, at least until I have time to restore it.
Good strong condition, wood is strong and virtually damage free, just showing expected wear for its age. Leather
covering is tired, but 98% intact, except for a small patch on one side. Original rollers in base work fine.
Hinges are strong. Just a fantastic child's trunk that will be a show piece when done. Buy now or pay quite a bit
more later when it's restored! Don't wait too long. |
