| This is a lovely Nuart table lamp. The nude is elegant and graceful. This
is the same girl that holds the ashtray in T137. She retains her original
bronze finish, in very good condition. The paint shows just enough wear to
be charming but not enough to be shabby. The stepped base is one of the
nicest that Nuart made. There is no visual damage to the metal anywhere.
She is properly signed and the wiring looks good. The Christmas tree shade
is extraordinary. No chips or cracks, with very nice, deep crackling.
There may be a little rim fitter roughness, but nothing more than you would
expect. This is a very classy table lamp, the definition of Art Deco. |
