| A very unusual Art Deco lamp. Features a 6 sided geometric rhombic style shade of pink and green. I've never come across one like this, so I don't know much about it. What makes the lamp is it's unusual shade. It's in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and not even much rim fitter roughness. The exterior of the base has an embossed, cold painted pattern in a wonderful hue of green. The metal is also in good condition but with a few minor stress cracks around the socket. You can see them in the last photo, they're extremely minor, not visible when assembled, and don't affect the lamp at all. These are original casting stress marks, very small. Didn't find any markings on the lamp. This should be a desirable lamp for both Art Deco and Art Modern collectors who like the unusual. |
