| This stunning semi nude lamp is in beautiful condition, and came out of our personal collection. The metal
on both the nude and the base is in excellent condition, showing no dents, cracks or damage. The nude has
a beautiful brass tone finish, with a nice patina. Mercury shade is in very good condition, with just a few
minor blemishes. There are some rim fitter chips and a little roughness on rim edge, but totally invisible
when assembled. Has a wonderful soft orange glow, which is stunning at night. The gown features an
unusual small ruby red glass stone set near the top point. This lamp has a new felt bottom, and has been
rewired, but retains it's original bakelite switch and plug. As with any vintage lamp, the wiring should be
checked for safety. This is a classic nude mercury lamp, a must have for any deco lamp collection. Really
an outstanding mood lamp! |
